As far as the eye can see
77 min. | Directed by: Alice Villela and Hidalgo Romero
Three generations of indigenous Kariri-Xocó people join forces on an expedition to recognize the memorial territory of these people, stolen over the painful centuries of colonization. Their language, knowledge, and even sacred rituals were hidden as a survival strategy. Now, armed with cameras, drones, pipes, headdresses, and maracas, they travel along the geographic landmarks of their territory in a road movie that is also preparation for new retakes.
